The check in process could definitely be better streamlined. We had to pick up our keys from a lockbox a quarter mile from the apartment we were staying in. The bathroom was not cleaned well before we arrived. However, we did get a quick response from guest services and someone cleaned the bathroom the next morning. Also there was an electrical issue when the electric kettle shorted or something. Maintenance cane and fixed the electricity and replaced the kettle. Not the best stay but they were at least willing to fix the problems.
