Room clean,Fresh Towels,Tea coffee etc.Staff in bar very friendly, Food in bar was good
The hotel was lovely. The room was in poor state and needs a good update to justify costs. Breakfast was sadly below a good standard and not value for money.
Bed linen very clean and the bed was very comfy. Overall, 5 out of 10.
I was extremely happy with the accommodation and the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and polite. We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the near future.
Secure parking for motorbikes, rooms clean and presentable, decent water pressure in shower. Bar area brilliant. Staff welcoming and supportive. Would recommend, and return.
The Hotel in General ist beautiful with the Charme of old glamorous days. Beautiful Bar and Garden. The room was quiet small and Just average but Clean. Acceptable value considering the rate.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff were lovely and very welcoming, the breakfast was not the best and was a little disappointed on having to pay to use the pool as you pay enough already to stay.
Apart from this very lovely
Old Fashioned Hotel. Gardens. Right by the sea and close to the City Centre. Very good water pressure for shower.
Had small double room which was fine as only there to sleep. A long walk to get to lift for my room.
Charge £5 extra a day to use the pool.
Exceptional service - best I've ever experienced.
Stayed an extra night I was so comfortable there.
Thank you.
We had a two day stay half board. The breakfast and dinner were very good value with a good choice of food. The room was very tidy and clean with a good view out of the window.
Didn’t have time to use the spa facilities that looked amazing. Maybe next time.

Beautiful views, spacious gardens, historic site, good food, nice people serving and a fabulous location!
Old bones, but it is the original Hotel in Bournemouth…since the 1800’s… and right next to the famous Pier!
