Quality of the hotel service
I had a problem checking in at the hotel on my day of arrival. The staff at the counter was doubtful with the hotel booking confirmation slip that I had produced. They were also doubtful as to whether I have paid for the room.After an argument, I challenged them to make a call to hotel.com hotline telephone number for confirmation. It was at this point, that the manager on duty appeared. I have to explain to him and he agreed to call the hotline number. Only then, was the hotel convinced that I have paid for the hotel room.
