What a place!!! Loved this property
Me and my family stayed here for 2 nights last week and i wished we had much longer. We were in the area to do a few activities at Zipworld and this was a perfect base. The property was quite old fashioned and has a lived in feel, but i think this is part of the charm and was very cosy. The property had everything we needed for our stay and i must say, the shower was amazing and very powerful as well. There is plenty of living space, which was perfect for us with having 2 young kids. The wifi is also really good, so if you cant do without a tv, you could comfortably watch something on your phone or tablet without buffering. If we had more time and better weather we could have also better utilised the land around the house. There are 2 fields with sheep grazing, however the best thing is the access to the river at the end of the field. On a nice day, this would be a perfect spot for the kids to have a splash and was a great spot for some stone skimming. The house is located just a few mins walk from the village, where theres a pub and a small spar. You are also a 10mins drive from Betws-y-Coed. One thing i would advise is trying to get here for the first time in daylight as i imagine the gate to the drive is hard to locate in the pitch black. There is easily enough space for a few cars, but you will need to do a bit of manoeuvring. What a place! Im already trying to plan our next stay here. Highly recommended.

Nice break
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay all was as described in the property description and photos so we had no complaints. We had 2 visitors from the owners team to check everything was OK. The dogs we had with us were happy running round the garden and we had nice weather so we were able to enjoy the grounds and local area. Can't speak highly enough of our stay we are planning our next visit. If you are thinking about staying here you should!

Memorable Family get together
The house was very homely and set in an ideal setting for us and the dogs. The dogs had a great time exploring the fields and river, all attached to the property. We were very lucky with glorious weather and we did a lot of walking and running in beautiful Snowdonia. The house had everything we needed and we would love to return.

Excellent location
Lovely house and excellent location. The view from the garden is fab and having lots of privacy is lovely and peaceful, with only the sheep for neighbours. We stayed as a group of two families and the house was perfect for us. Some rooms could do with re-decorating or updating but it does have charm as it is. Would recommend and would book again.

Totally beautiful, a cosy house with Amazing views and an incredible garden
Our family of my wife, teenage son, 11 Yr old daughter, two happy dogs and myself stopped here for two gloriously sunny nights in August. The house was a lovely, clean and very cosy place to be, with good wifi (happy kids). The views are spectacular....especially as my son, one of our dogs and I were climbing Snowdon whilst there and we could see it from the back garden. The garden and adjoining fields are truly a beautiful place to be, with our particular highlight being the stunning river that flows through the land right at the bottom of the fields, we all paddled and even swam in it. I cant think of a better place for our family to spend some time than by/in that river with a picnic on its banks. Thankyou for sharing your home with us Nicky. Mark, Lizzie, Toby, Maisie, Oti and Bostock the doggies.
