"We loved our stay in this hotel. It was much cheaper than the other hotels around but we were very happy that we chose to stay there. It’s owned by a polish family. It’s very clean. I love its original decor. Delicious coffee and continental breakfast in the morning. Very clean pool and hot tub. Staff was helpful and nice. Perfect for us. We will definitely come back to that location as soon as we are in the area again."

"We loved being at the resort and spa! The room was very comfortable and roomy, with a deck overlooking the pool area. The spa was exceptional with a nice balance of serenity and refreshment ! The game room was a real plus; having family visiting one evening was so much fun! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. We felt right at home!! Thank you!!"

"The professionalism from the manager to the staff was absolutely horrific! The manager and staff have a comprehensive misunderstanding of how to treat their guests in the hospitality business! My wife and I stayed at the Ranahan to celebrate my birthday during Memorial Day weekend in Summit County. Unfortunately, our units fire alarm system malfunctioned just before midnight with terrible noise not only for us but also for the other guests in the surrounding units. The fire alarm system continued to malfunction for at least another five times while my wife was present in the unit. We were told to remove our belongings from the unit. The extremely inept staff member on duty in charge of the front desk was incapable of thinking on his feet! We were told by the staff member that the Ranahan did not have any alternative which we could move to for the evening. The staff member failed to contact any of the other Hyatt Vacation Clubs in the area to check for possible availability (i.e., Breckenridge and Beaver Creek locations). I requested a supervisor only to be told that he/she could not be reached. The staff member didn't even offer to check for other lodging facilities in the area. He admitted that he was not given any authority to charge a credit card for our needed alternative lodging. I requested that the manager give me a call. That did not happen until Thursday with an offer to reimburse our resort fees. How kind and understanding of the manager?!!! AVOID!"

"Top rated breakfast? Frozen burritos or Jimmy Dean Sammies that you have to heat from frozen. Get its not peak season but you have a whole kitchen and restraunt and cant cook a hot meal for guests, the hot tubs close at 10pm dont open until 10am checkout is at 11 mind you. Rooms are outdated with no kitchen or microwave have to go to the lobby to heat anything up. I judge off the breakfast and the fruit was even rotting"

"Nice sized rooms with bigger bathrooms. The bed was super comfy. Love that they have an outdoor hot tub. They also have one inside and a nice size pool. Beautiful view! Complimentary breakfast was okay. Cereal , waffles, yogurt, bagels, scrambled eggs and sausage. This was the second time my husband and I stayed here and we definitely would stay again!"
