"I really enjoyed my stay at L7 Chicago and would definitely stay here again. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was one of the biggest advantages, it was very convenient for getting around Chicago and made it easy to enjoy everything I had planned during my trip. The amenities were great, and both check-in and checkout were easy and hassle-free. My only real disappointment was the bed. It was very hard and felt uneven in certain spots, so it wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked. There was also some noticeable street and train noise at times. However, considering the hotel’s downtown location and how busy the surrounding area is, I expected some city noise and it didn’t negatively affect my overall experience. Between the excellent cleanliness, helpful staff, convenient location, amenities, and easy check-in/out process, the positives definitely outweighed the few drawbacks. I would stay at L7 Chicago again."
