"This hotel was ideal placed for our trips to Hampton Court Tulip Festival and Kew Gardens as a bus stop was up the road and the 111 took us there . As seniors we have a bus pass and we used it and the bus are so frequent. The hotel staff were so friendly so we left them a tip as they work hard. Breakfast was enjoyed a good selection ."

"The property is close to the airport. The main lobby was very nice and clean but the bedroom halls were old, torn, and should be replaced. I also did not like that each hallway’s doors closed at night. The actual bedrooms were ok nothing fancy but it worked for the one night I was there."
