Top Greater London Hotel Reviews

Strand Palace Hotel

8/10 Good

"A great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of all the action. Everything is in easy walking distance. The only criticisms I have about the property are the elevator and breakfast service. The elevator can get quite busy and there is only 3 that services this large property. If you’re unable to take stairs, you’re going to be waiting a considerable amount. As well, if you don’t go early for breakfast, you could be waiting upwards of 15 minutes for a table."

The Cumberland, London

8/10 Good

"Overall room was average, we upgraded so expected bigger and better. Some furnishings were broken and needed attention. Shower pressure was a trickle. Lobby was impressive, breakfast service very good. Location good for shops and Hyde park. Concierge staff were lovely and very attentive however reception staff a bit cold. However I would stay again as issues did not spoil our trip and only critic is an honest review."

Hotel Riu Plaza London Victoria

10/10 Excellent

"I booked a twin room for my daughter & I to share. It was perfect. Plenty of space for 2 people. Wardrobe had plenty of hangers and the bathroom had plenty of space for all our bits & pieces! Our room was spotless and it was nice to have the option of different pillows. The air conditioning was preset but it was easy to change this to our preferred temp. I really liked the option to not have our bedlinen or towels changed. We were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t necessary to wash / change these - so much better for our planet! The towels were very thick and plush!! The shower was so powerful and easy to regulate. We appreciated the green tea options in our room which were replaced regularly too. The buffet breakfast was amazing & faultless. So much choice. Everything so fresh and frequently replaced. Excellent staff and so friendly when we asked for help. Great location for a trip to London. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
