Fantastic location, surroundings, rooms, restaurants, beach, gym, pools and of course staff

The hotel is really lovely with clean rooms and a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and a nice pool. The location is a good base for exploring the wider region (by car). With under 10 rooms, it has a really nice vibe, though everyone is quite close together so it is not super private! Overall we loved our time there.

top notch

Great service, location and amenities. Beautiful infinity pool with views of the mountains.

Secrets Tides was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The resort offers three pools, excellent drinks, and outstanding facilities and services throughout. We had a great week in Punta Cana and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely relaxed stay. The site is safe, lots to do for all age ranges. Thank you

The property is lovely and well maintained. We had a great room with its own pool. Most the restaurants were great. Our concierge Raul was great and nothing seemed too much trouble. Was disappointed about the hard sell for Palladium Travel Club which was frankly uncomfortable and wasted half a day.

Amazing hotel I didn’t want to leave it’s the best hotel ever

High end resort, staff very accommodating, always a different activity or event on during the evening

Excellent stay! Everything was perfect, also the staff! In particular SOCRATES, who helped us with the luggages and every other need: eres el mejor!!! Gracias por todo ❤️

Our stay at Grand Palladium was exceptional from beginning to end. The resort, facilities and hospitality made our experience truly memorable, but our incredible concierge, Rafael P, made it extraordinary. Rafael went far beyond our expectations. He booked all our dinner reservations, organised everything we needed and patiently answered every question. His organisation, professionalism and attention to detail made our entire stay effortless and completely stress-free. We never had to worry...

Beautiful beach resort. Nice junior suite - good size. Lovely restaurants and drinks. Highly recommend. Friendly and helpful staff.
