The staff was nice. Loved the food the chef prepared specifical food for us because we like authentic Dominican food. They went above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Make sure to put bug spray for the night beach party.

My experience at Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville was excellent. I received outstanding service throughout my stay. The hotel itself and the rooms are beautiful, very well maintained, and made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. My family and I loved the stay in this Ressort. Especially the entertainment team. They make everyone have a great time at the hotel at all times. Especially Maria, she is a wonderful girl who gives her best to make guests enjoy the place.. in general, everything was amazing.

I like the hotel because it is clean and nice. The staff was helpful. The pool is nice and big. I did not like the ocean... However, if you don't like to swim in the ocean, then you will definitely enjoy your vacation:-)

Resort was absolutely beautiful, food was the best all inclusive yet to try. Only negative is the beach. Water is murky and several were stung by jelly fish. If you’re not beach/water people it’s perfect. Beach people not so much. Pools are great however.
