"My family and I stayed here for one night and I wish we had stayed longer. The hotel is located in the city center near restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the hotel bar. Our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as very clean. I will definitely visit again and choose this hotel!"

Wonderful Historic Hotel in Heidelberg

"The attention to detail is impressive at this beautiful old hotel. Apparently it is the only family owned large hotel in Heidelberg and the fact that we met the owners when wandering the halls, shows their involvement, along with the manager who frequents each breakfast. The location is very convenient and it is a very special and charming place to stay."

Friendly, stylish & perfect location

"Our stay was perfect from start to finish! A super cool, friendly hotel right in the centre of Stuttgart. Accessing the trains and underground was easy and the wonderful people who worked at the Ruby Hanna made our stay even more special. We loved the eco-friendly option to swap your room clean for a free drink! The galley, free water and 24 hour bar were a great added bonus, the galley even had an iron. 10/10 couldn’t recommend this hotel more!"

Great pick at the STR airport

"The hotel is located just a few meters from the last U-Stadtbahn stop of the U6, and from there it is only a short way to the airport. The staff was very friendly, and even though we had to leave for our flight already shortly after 4am we got surprises by the possibility to grab a free coffee and mini croissant close to the lobby. A very nice gesture and start into a travelling day :) The cleaning personnel may have checked a bit closer eg also under the beds, but all in all a great experience. Thank you!"
