Parking very expensive 16€per night. Cleaning for room was good. Breakfast very good. We were 6 nights there in this Preis and season Was only ok.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Property was clean and well maintained. Free bus pass was given, which takes you into town and train station. The breakfast was great with many choices!

It looks like an industrial area. But it's just a 10 minutes walk to the "See-Rhine" with a footpath along the river and a beergarden. Very good for a run in the morning.

#### new nice quiet 

It's a nice new hotel, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Nearby is a bus stop, McDonald's, Burger King, and Aldi. A buffet breakfast is served, and you can have a hearty meal. There are no balconies. Saunas and swimming pools are also missing. The room is clean, and the air conditioner is working. The window opens only on the window pane. There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and TV. The mattress is of medium hardness, and convenient for both sleeping and active activities.

The Hotel offers a free secured parking lot for bike. There is no e-loading option. I could leave my bike after check-in giving me the opportunity to visit Constance using the public transportation. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel (Bus 6). The hotel is located in an industrial/commercial area.
