The hotel is very central and has a little kitchen, which is very helpful. Clean rooms with a sitting area. Big enough for 4-5 days to stay. keep coming back to this hotel.

Spent 1 night at this location during our tour of Germany. The room itself was a decent size. It is finished very simply (painted floors). The front desk has limited check in hours, but does have a provision for after hours check in. Check out was simple and straight forward. Comfortable enough stay.

Our stay was comfortable and stylish. The room is exactly like the pictures, spacious and very aesthetic. We didn’t speak any German but the staff were able to communicate in English with us. I would definitely recommend staying here!

No AC

The lofts were beautiful, the amenities perfect, and the location very good. There is no AC or fans in the lofts and we were there in temperatures above 30°C and the rooms were unbearably hot until the middle of the nights once the windows opened and sun went down.

I loved the location of this property. Shopping for food was really close. Restaurants and bakeries were also very close. And shopping and sights were only a 30 minute walk from the apartments. I highly recommend this location. The location made it so I did not have to rent a car.

I keep returning to this property every time we are in Stuttgart. Great place, always clean, very helpful and accommodating staff. Front desk girl always tries to help with anything I need. Easy access to public transportation, short ride to train station and center. Grocery store around the corner and few good restaurants within walking distance.

The property was really nice and comfortable. The main problem we had during our stay was that 2 girls next door were putting loud music and talking very loud, I called the number I found online. It was 23:00 at night the person was really nice, but did not solved anything. They promised they will send somebody but nothing was don, until I had enough and I had to ask the girls to turn the volume down even they did not speak English. The rest was perfect mattress very comfortable, the shower was fine, nice size of the room too.

A Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location: Room 315 Review Room 315 was a solid choice for my recent stay. The room itself was a good size, offering enough space to unpack and relax comfortably. It was also very clean, which is always a plus. Basic well equipped kitchenette to prepare breakfast and meals. The staff were friendly and professional. They were happy to help with any questions I had and offered helpful suggestions for exploring the neighborhood. The location of the hotel was excellent. The neighborhood itself was pleasant and offered a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Public transportation was also readily available, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, room 315 provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip. It's a good option for travelers looking for a clean, functional room in a well-connected area.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August in a Cosmopolitan Superior Loft. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of space in the wardrobe for unpacking clothes. The mattress was comfortable but pillows were flat. The room itself could have been a bit cleaner. The table had sticky spots on it that obviously had not been wiped after the previous guests and the fridge had spills inside and few stray blueberries! Because the room only gets cleaned once per week, we had to ask for additional towels and dishwasher tabs. We had an issue with the shower drain being clogged but it was addressed quickly. During the day staff was available, however not in the evenings or weekends. On Saturday evening our toilet stopped working and we couldn’t get a hold of anyone even when calling the emergency line. So we had to wait until Monday to have it fixed. This caused an inconvenience as we were forced to leave the hotel to use the bathroom. While staff were apologetic, no compensation was offered. The location is good, just a short walk to the bus and train. Within 5 minutes by train you are in the city centre. A Reve grocery store is right around the corner which was very convenient, as well as many cafes and restaurant options. I gave the hotel a 4 star rating due to location and room size for longer stays.

A lovely stay but lacks nice details

This aparthotel ticks all the boxes you'd need for a comfortable stay. The beds are superb, the room is spotlessly clean, the kitchen and bathroom are good sizes and the location is excellent for the U Bahn. The room is nicely furnished and the WiFi is absolutely outstanding. We had speeds of around 250mb which is far quicker than anything I've seen in a hotel at home. But it just felt like there was maybe a little lack of attention to detail. The corridors to the rooms are horrible and give a first impression that isn't fair on the rest of the stay. There are no added extras in the room, like a couple of biscuits, a welcome pack type thing with handy information such as how to recycle, get bins emptied and local info, there is even a lack of pictures on the walls which makes part of the room feels very sparse. Small details were lacking. The room key was plain and unbranded. The numbers in the corridor were in sheets of A4 in cheap looking frames. Outside the lighting is extremely poor around the entrance. Don't get me wrong, we had a very nice stay, would return and would happily recommend. But this is a venue with huge potential, and it just feels like a few little tweaks would quickly and easily take it from a 4 star review to a full 5. Because it's very close.
