Quotes Available Upon Request. This second-floor condo offers a stairway entrance to the condo, which is an open-air breezeway, not a stuffy hotel or mega-complex feel. Guests can enjoy not having noisy upstairs neighbors for a relatively quiet stay! Stay in this two-bedroom condo, each bedroom having its own bath. The open floorplan features a nice-sized living room and separate dining area. The floors throughout are LVP wood like flooring which the carpet-challenged guest will be thrilled with! The utility room with a full-size washer and dryer are separated from the bedrooms, so noise is minimal! For ease of access, guests are provided with a keyless entry code on the day of arrival-no need to fumble with keys. Parking is a breeze as well, with many spots directly in front of the building. The gated 26-manicured-acre community offers 3 pools, tennis courts, a large catch-and-release lake that does not require a fishing license, laundry, a community room and the location is close to beaches, restaurants and family entertainment. Currently two of the pools are being worked but there is one in operaton. The 2nd should be functioning soon but there is not an expected completion date at this time (2/2024). Check back for updates! The closest beach access is June White Decker Park, 0.8mi, next to a local restaurant favorite, "The Back Porch". Henderson Beach State Park, ranked in the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the USA, is 1.5 mi. First, the location was convenient to everything in Destin, and the condo itself was clean. The pools were great and clean as well. It was a great value for our vacation. Now the bad. Pulling in, the overall appearance of the development is a little sketchy. Everything was clean enough, it just seemed a little drab and not very inviting. Pavement is kinda rough and building exteriors need some attention. There was no real landscaping either, so it almost had a housing project feel. But once inside, the condo itself was nice. There were a few maintenance items that needed addressed (loose door to bathroom, shower curtain rod barely hanging on, very wobbly kitchen table) but nothing crazy. Just a little maintenance. The furniture looked nice, but was very uncomfortable! And the beds were like sleeping on a concrete slab! The supplied covers were paper thin and the pillows were literally half the thickness of a Coke can and hard as rocks! After the first night we had to go buy pillows and comforters just to make it tolerable! We still never had a good nights sleep while we were there and, woke up sore every morning. We didn’t expect to have to spend a few hundred dollars on pillows and covers, so that wasn’t pleasant. The couch and loveseat were only slightly more comfortable than the beds, so relaxing after a day at the beach or out and about wasn’t ideal. They’re very low, and shallow, with hard cushions. Still, all and all it was worth the stay. A good overall value! ##### Chris F. We were not given an access code for the gate and when i called i got no answer. The grounds person saw us struggling and came and helped. The apartment had a weird smell so i bought air freshener plugs. We killed a couple roaches and found several dead ones. Overall it was an okay stay.
