The house sits on a 6,750 square foot lot with a fully manicured backyard that is perfect for gathering amongst friends and family. Feel free to take a nap in the hammock, make smores over the fire pit, or enjoy a nice cocktail in the 90 jet hot tub with waterfall. The kitchen boasts Calaphalon cookware with a mix of Crate and Barrel & Threshold dining ware. The kitchen is stocked with more than your average VRBO cooking basics with 4 cooking oils on stock, 28 herbs & spices, and a majority of the essentials you would find in the comfort of your own home. If cooking outside is more of your preference, you will be happy to find the 3 burner Weber grill off the dining room. The ground floor bedrooms are equipped with an AppleTV and fan.
