This lovely Townhouse in a 'gated' community is centrally located in Denver, Colorado. Just minutes from Cherry Creek Mall and 15 minutes to Downtown & most city hospitals. It's a quiet retreat after a long day for short or long-term executives, business people, doctors/nurses, students, etc.
INCLUDES Utilities: AC/HEAT/WATER/WIFI - Basic Antenna TV - Cable is easily added for a small fee. The community has a gym in the adjacent Apartment complex that can be added for $50 per month to tenant.
Minimum 3-month tenancy required by HOA.
NO SMOKING/NO PETS (SORRY)
The HIGHLINE canal just behind the building is a wonderful place to run, walk or ride your bicycle basically in the middle of Denver.
It is fully furnished with a mix of period antiques and contemporary touches.
The space
Fully furnished with a one-car attached garage in a gated community that requires a 3-month minimum. The 2nd-floor bedroom/loft would not be suitable for guests with disabilities, and the 2nd bathroom is on the main floor.

-The area is not a senior community per se - however, the residents in the community are mostly 45 and above. There are a few kids in the community.
