This single-story house features a fenced private garden encompassing 300 square meters along its perimeter. From the access gate to the house, you can access the residential area with gardens, an adult and children\\'s swimming pool, which has a lifeguard during the summer. There is also a poolside beach bar offering food and drinks. The single-story house has 70 square meters of living space and is distributed on one level with a heated and enclosed glazed terrace. You enter the house through the living-dining room, which has a fully equipped open kitchen. There is an enclosed glazed terrace that is well-sheltered from the heat and climate-controlled; it connects to the rear garden of the house. The furnishings are in a classic style with ample wood, offering great comfort and amenities. It includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, solar power system for the entire house, among other features. A hallway leads to two bedrooms: one with a pull-out bed and a spectacular spacious bathroom with a shower and natural zenithal light. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both rooms feature ample closets and air conditioning. Across from the bedroom is a modern bathroom with a shower. There is an uncovered and unnumbered outdoor parking area. RETIRO III is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation, just 100 meters from Les Marines beach with pools, a large garden, and even a poolside cabin-bar. It is 2,500 meters from the Denia port. There are services just a few meters away, and the commercial areas in Las Brisas and the commercial zone on Km1 on Les Marines Road provide all necessary services: kiosks, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, and children\\'s play areas. Facing Les Marines beach at kilometer 2.5, it is a spacious, uncrowded, and perfectly maintained sandy beach, offering activities for adults and children. Restaurants, supermarkets, kiosks, bakeries, cafes, and more are just a few meters away in the commercial area of Las Brisas. Nearby, you can rent bicycles, jet skis, kayaks, diving equipment, and just a few kilometers away, you will find equestrian centers, golf courses, go-kart tracks, surf schools, open-air cinemas, and a multitude of services and activities offered by Denia. Surroundings: Denia is located four hours by car from Madrid and one hour from Valencia and Alicante, on the Mediterranean Sea coast. The nearest airports, Alicante and Valencia, are one hour away via the AP7 motorway. From the AP7, take exit 62 in the direction of Ondara/Denia/Jávea towards Denia. From Denia, take the Las Marinas road to Km 3.5. Activities and Attractions: The sun and the sea naturally provide countless possibilities for leisure, relaxation, or activity, from doing nothing to golf, swimming, sailing, boating, horseback riding, hiking, going out for drinks, visiting photography and painting exhibitions, listening to live music, enjoying excellent and diverse cuisine, cycling, renting jet skis, relaxing, taking care of yourself, reading while listening to the waves, watching the sunrise in Denia, buying freshly caught fish at the fish market, and watching your loved ones swim in the pool from the terrace.
