Family-friendly lodge in Deal with water park
Prepare to be surprised as you step inside the smart wooden gates of this former garage in York Road set just one street back from the popular Walmer Green & famous Deal seafront & close to all local amenities.

We have created a comfortable, modern property over one floor. There are wooden floors throughout, steps lead you down to a small well-equipped kitchen to the front & bathroom with shower, basin & WC to the rear.

The spacious open-plan dining/living space has a table & chairs for up to 4 people, there is a sofa-bed which sleeps 2 children (or 1 adult.)
A large TV with DVD player & even a selection of board games for rainy days! The separate master bedroom has ample storage, pleasant décor & a wall mounted TV.

Large wooden gates lead you onto a large private inner, courtyard which guests are welcome to use. The Old Garage Lodge is further along on the left & the ideal spot for 2-4 people. It would suit a small family, couples or friends looking for a modern & quietly located property that is just a short walk from the seafront, Walmer Green & bustling Deal high street.

* Please note, the Old Garage Cottage is located directly next door to the Old Garage Lodge & sleeps up to 2 people in 1 double bedroom - You may wish to book both properties if you have a larger group

Lovely holiday home
We really enjoyed staying at Marks Holiday home . It's well equipped, small but big enough for a family of 3 .Perfect location as its literally 5minutes walking distance from the beach and near to towns like Broadstairs, Ramsgate , Dover and other lovely towns in Kent .
