June 2021 Stay
First time in the property this June, weather not ideal, so we did have to have heating on, property soon warmed up. It’s a basement flat so needs an air. Kitchen/diner/ sitting room area is comfy. Not a smart TV alas, this would certainly add to the allure after a hard days walking/cycling. Steep steps down to property from car park, could be better lit for night returns from local eateries. Think they were solar? Maybe that was the problem. Area at front of property to site table & chairs if fine. Shower in main bathroom & bath in en-suite (we didn’t use) small games room, twin bedroom & main bedroom with double bed. Comfy bed but a new mattress would enhance the property. One mile walk into town, so easy for evening dining. Very friendly landlady there to greet us & offered early arrival time, kindly left us wine & a cream tea. Very central to Deal & has the ‘elusive’ car parking space for one car

You can't beat being beside the sea when you live in the centre of Britain !
Welcoming, as we arrived late evening, the heating and lights were on see us safely in especially as there were steps down to manoeuvre , this being a garden flat. Really helpful to have a parking spot as holiday destinations are very busy and made unpacking easier. Sparkly clean and spacious. Welcome cake and wine appreciated
