This property has a nautical theme when you enter the front door into the living/dining room, large table to seat 6 persons, 3&2 seater sofas, flatscreen TV, chest of drawers, chest full of kids toys.
The rest of the ground level consists of Kitchen that has 4 burner cooker/oven, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
3rd bedroom with bunk beds, toilet shower/bath sink.
Upstairs there is the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, the master bedroom has large double bed with storage cupboard.
Guest accommodation at this chalet offers DVD players and a hairdryer. Rooms open to patios. Kitchens offer fridges, hobs, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils. Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit.

Lovely chalet and very good park. It was quiet and comfortable.
Nice property on a lovely park, very quiet and close to the sea, would definitely go back again. The village is very pretty and nice pubs.

Lovely accommodation and maintained superbly. Well done ! Telly not working was a pain though!
We had a lovely stay and we were very impressed with how nice our accommodation was. Our only frustration was that we couldn’t get the telly working on any main channels etc. So we watched a lot of DVD’s lol 😆 we did try every way we could think of going through the TV set up modes and instructions but we all found it very complex- sorry ☹️ I guess we just expected to turn it on and like at home away we go !

A great family holiday rental
Me and my family enjoyed staying at Kingsdown Park for the half-term holiday. It was a great place for the kids to play and meet new friends in a safe and welcoming environment. The facilities at the park were excellent with a tennis court, mini golf, play ground and swimming pool. On our last evening, we all thoroughly enjoyed the Halloween party hosted by the chalet owners. Our rental had all the amenities we needed to make our home away from home, which was very handy for preparing mealtimes with the kids but it would have been useful to have a washing facility for clothes. Unfortunately, the laundrette was not open onsite and there wasn't a washing machine available at the property. There was lots to see and do in the area and it was very nice being so close to the seafront. Our week at Kingsdown Park literally flew past!

Sea themed chalet
We loved staying at this location and the staff members at reception were beyond helpful! They gave recommendations on what to do, and were so friendly to us. The property itself was nice and it was a good break away. We have been beforehand and decided to come back, However for us we didn't like this chalet compared to previous. The layout made us feel quite on top of eachother and the space throughout was tight, from the main bedroom to the downstairs area. The area outside the front had an overgrown Bush coming onto the small decking area and table area on the grass, so we didn't sit outside as the Bush was covered with flies. The location is OK as its near to the reception and swimming pool. Overall as a break away and somewhere to stay, it was perfect but if we was to stay again we would stay in a bigger chalet and better location.

Poor maintenance schedule
Chalet lovely but mattresses very uncomfortable and dated(requires replacement).Tv/freesat system worked when it wanted(no signal most of the time.)
