Built in the 1960s and featuring a refreshing spa pool, this apartment is located just outside Downtown Dallas in a vibrant, up-and-coming urban area. You’ll be just minutes from Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville, and Fair Park, with easy access to all the city has to offer. Expect original foundation and layout. If you are bringing a furry friend there is a $50 non-refundable pet fee that is requested the day of your checkin. This fee help us keep Airbnb's hosting standards and cleaning protocols.

We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.

Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

Had Lovely Time

We had a great time at the property and it was really convenient to finding great restaurants and activities in Dallas without much travelling to be downtown. Area was quiet as well so sleeping was great. Nestled in a quiet area but close enough to the city.

Cute and cozy

The property made us feel like we’re were home. It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We felt very safe due to it being a gated area. Will definitely stay again.

Great location near downtown

The apartment was perfect for my husband and I's weekend getway. The place was clean check in was fast and the property manager was quick to answer texts with questions. Super close to alot of good food places and downtown. We'll be staying here again on our next trip

Complete building appeared to be VRBO rentals. Unit 201 was generally satisfactory, but lacked counter/surface area in bedroom (ie no dressers) and living room(limited furniture & end tables)

Simple & nice

This little apartment worked perfectly for us. It is clearly designed for two people as there are 2 chairs at the table and 2 sets of dishes, but we made it work for the 4 of us. There's really just the bare essentials here but it worked out. We could have definitely used more towels, and they were a little old and worn out. The pool was a nice feature for the kids to play.

Mixed bag

Area is definitely transitioning. Proximity to downtown and lower Greenville was great. Accommodations were very basic and seemed clean. Property manager was responsive. Musty scent. Some outlets not working. Light bulb out and iron not working. Minimal kitchen tools so cooking is not a very viable option. Not a place to relax and hang out in, but fine for sleeping. Also, they required we purchase a separate property damage insurance policy that seemed ridiculous for our 2 night stay as a family (son slept on the ikea pull out couch).

Awful/inconsiderate

I wish I could begin by showing photos. The host was inconsiderate and uncooperative. Walked in early (before check in) and there were dead insects everywhere, in places insects should not be. I was not comfortable staying there after what I had seen. Reached out to the host and they completely disregarded my issue. I did not feel comfortable staying in a filthy apartment, and would have even settled for a 50% refund. The host denied my request and was not willing to reach a compromise or accommodation.

Ok, not bad, not great.

I stayed at this property 7/9-7/11. Even before I arrived, I felt the communication was a little strange, bordering on overbearing. When I made the reservation, I was sent a questionnaire asking for detailed specific: what time would I arrive? What time was I leaving? How many of the beds in the unit would I be using. It was off putting. If I’m renting a unit and the time frame is already indicated and a number of beds is given, I expect to be able to utilize the entirety of the space, and the time. This is a vacation, in theory, I don’t want to need to be on more of a time crunch than I already am. After I checked in, I received multiple “reminder” messages - each day approaching quiet hours, I’d get a message reminding me of suchAs for the property itself - the apartment is spacious, and the kitchen window overlooks the pool. The bed in the bedroom is UNCOMFORTABLE. Like a bad guest bed. No box spring, it was lumpy and squeaky. If you plan any intimacy, this is not the space for it, unless you like that kind of thing. The outlets next to the bathroom sink did not work, so I had to finish getting ready in the bedroom closet like a teenager. And finally, the parking lot is tight. The exit gate swings inward and the sign indicating this is not very prominently displayed. It’s faded and off to the left, if it doesn’t catch your eye, it’s very easy to miss. All that being said, it’s in a location that makes going to other places very easy, and it’s comfortable enough.
