There is plenty of space for the entire family in this spacious 5 bedroom/ 4 bath home, centrally located to both Dallas/ Ft Worth area airports. The home is just minutes from either airport (DFW 7 miles, LOVE 7.6 miles).

The great room (living/ dining/ chef's kitchen) is all set and fully stocked with all the supplies and amenities to make this a memorable stay. Just bring the groceries and the family & friends to enjoy together time for all.

There are 5 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, crib, and an on-suite bathroom. A second bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (2 have queen beds & the other has 4 beds - 2 bunkbeds) with 2 attached bathrooms.

The garage has been converted into a game room and there is a separate game room upstairs with a pool table and arcade games.

*** The backyard is currently under complete renovation to add a below ground swimming pool, tanning ledge, spa, dry sauna, outdoor kitchen (w/ 36 professional grill, power burner, electric smoker, refrigerator, ice maker, etc., etc.
As of January 29, 2025, the new swimming pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen are completely built. We are currently doing the 30-day new pool chemical balancing process. Also, we have passed all the city inspections and are planning on pouring the new pool deck over the next 2 weeks (weather permitting).
Once that is completed, we will finally be ready to pour the new pool deck and fill the amazing pool and fire up the grill!

With this in mind, the garage and back yard are currently off limits to guests until the construction is completed.
