Place was clean, bed was comfortable and instructions were clear. Only suggestions for host are to ensure towels are dry (were still quite damp when needed the next morning) and TV remote works.

There were a few things that needed attention. The bathroom faucet was broke and spewed water everywhere if you turned it on just a little too hard. There was only one TV remote and the battery cover was broke. That being said it was an enjoyable stay and location was convient.

during my stay someone let themselves into my room, and left a note saying Inspected. it wasnt a cleaner. this freaked me out. avoid!

Ugh where do I begin? I guess my first clue should have been when they texted me prior to my check in. Didn’t announce who they were or what company/hotel they were texting me about. I thought it was spam at first until they followed up via email. The instructions to enter the building were wrong. The instructions to enter the room were wrong. Only gave the door code and that didn’t work. I was able to get ahold of someone promptly, who told me could not get the correct info. After changing the code 3xs, I finally discovered that you have to hit the “Yale” key after entering the code. It took 20mins on the phone just to figure it out on my own. Seems like those are pretty important instructions to leave out. I was still on the phone when I entered the apt and the first thing I noticed was the strongest smell of smoke. The horror didn’t end there when every room I entered was filthy. Every wall had smears and stains, the doors had dirt on them and the bathroom was horrible. The bedroom had holes in the wall where there was a previous headboard fastened but they didn’t even bother patching the holes. The floors were dirty, especially near the toilet. She immediately checked if there was another room available and thankfully there was. This unit was still dirty but it didn’t smell of smoke and I was in hurry to be somewhere since the check in process took so long. The toilet seat had black stains on it I had to get antibacterial wipes from the gym to clean it properly.
