Pleasant environment to stay in.

This property may show its age, but it is clean, the bed comfortable and the staff pleasant. It is very reasonably priced and a convenient location near the borders.

Old school roadside motel. The place was clean and tidy. The people running it couldn’t have been nicer. Would stay again.

Located conveniently along Highway 2 with a small-town atmosphere. Room was comfortable. However, I could not pull the knob to start the water for a shower. I did complain at checkout and the manager did assure and "show" me it does work. However, I still could not pull the knob to start the water. I guess I am weaker than I thought. I had a roommate with and she could not pull it out either. I'd recommend checking water faucets upon arrival.

It is a older hotel but it’s clean bed was comfortable the people at the front desk were very nice It’s all you need, but I was just passing through on a motorcycle ride.

Upon arrival there was a “closed” sign and we couldn’t check in. Even though it stated “24/7 front desk staff” and no required set time to arrive by.

Somehow the property had no record of our reservations through Hotels.com. Hotels.com is impossible to figure out how to contact them on the phone. Finally was granted a refund 4 days later. Luckily the property had a room available, but with a single not a double. Had to use a cot. Hotel.com could do a better job with making their customer service easier to contact

Bad impression. Front desk person is a smoker and the first breath in was strong cigarette smell. Front person unkempt, rude at first, later changed demeanor. No programmed key, old style. All in all, old, neglected place.

Upon arrival I was informed that I did not have a reservation. Not sure what happened but the clerk said they had not received anything about my reservation. No other rooms available, no vacancies in town at all. No help from Expedia. What can a virtual agent do anyway. No way to make a room magically become available. While I did not even see the inside of a room I must say the place also looks like a dump and the clerk was rude as hell and not helpful either.
