The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and you can easily spend hours swimming in the water in silence and tranquility. There were a few minor things that needed to be brought to the owners attention but nothing that affected our stay too much and was more just letting them know of general maintenance. It was so quiet and serene. I thought our kids might get bored but there was an entire closet filled with toys and a dresser we discovered later that had clay, paint, coloring books and even jewelry making kits. The only issue I had with the place was that it had everything and I wish I'd known that so we could have packed lighter. That's all. There's not much reception so plan for that.
