"Terrible night, we were in room 210, it is now four o’clock, but still awake as the people above us are making such a racket, thumping, shouting and fighting the entire night, we have not had one moments rest, we have to drive home for six hours today with no sleep, I would expect nothing less than a refund. There was no one to call and complain to."

"The hotel was very clean, modern and quiet. Room is compact but has all you need for a short stay, bed was comfy and we didn’t hear any outside noise. Cost effective EV chargers in the car park. Only downsides were not being able to check in any earlier without a charge, expensive cup of teas on arrival that we had to make ourselves and being disturbed by the cleaner knocking on our door at 7:45am on the day we were checking out. Also didn’t have breakfast as it was expensive to add on once there considering room rate."
