For security, an outdoor camera at the front entrance with audio ensures safety—privacy is our priority, and no cameras are within the home. Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email. The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property. This property will allow one dog for a $150 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds, and should be crated if left alone on the premises. There is a portable crate available for guest pet use located in the apartment mudroom. This property has a ring doorbell for security purposes. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway, not on the street. This property shares a driveway with the neighbor and can handle 5 vehicles comfortably. You will need a 4WD or AWD vehicle in winter months.
