About this area
Cressy
Located in Cressy, this cottage is in the city centre and in the mountains. Tasmanian Copper & Metal Art Gallery and Franklin House are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Brickendon Estate and Woolmers Estate. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Symmons Plains Raceway or Silverdome. Make sure you get close to the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
Our three day escape to Cressy was made all the more enjoyable by staying in the cosy cottage ... so clean and comfy and our hosts were very approachable and friendly. Our family were able to "call in" and there was room for us all to enjoy the visit.
