The home also boasts great lake views from every bedroom, hardwood flooring throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen, food disposal, tile showers, room for 8 people around the dinner table plus seating for 4 at the adjacent bar. There is not one, but Two master suites (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs), each with a king mattress. The third bedroom has a queen mattress and we have a new trundle bed and new queen size blow-up mattresses. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom attached. The half bath is located off the kitchen. You'll enjoy covered parking in the carport as well. The laundry closet is located in the utility room. It includes an extra refrigerator/freezer, wash sink, and new high capacity, super quiet, washer and dryers. Now, let's talk about the view! The sun sets directly in the middle of our cove each night. You will enjoy a wonderful view from the multiple seating options from the top of the boat dock and/or a view sitting next to the fire pit right on the point. The dock is private with large, full size stair steps, making getting in and out of the water a breeze. \*We purchased, and Alabama Power installed, a Ronk BLOCKER to reduce stray electrical currents. Please search Ronk BLOCKER for more information on this safety feature.\* Cooking / Kitchen: Elevate your culinary experience in our property with a range of top-notch cooking amenities. Our kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the most discerning of chefs. Being located in a large cove and not directly on the main channel is ideal for swimming and playing at the dock. The two story boat house is so fun for the kids (and adults) to jump off! We used the fire pit every night. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, lots of outdoor hangout space, and it was all very clean and homey. The homeowner was very quick to respond to questions. It sits beautifully on a quiet part of the lake and has great views from the house. Great fire pit area and the two tier dock is a big hit for kids that want to jump from the top deck. The ability to rent the pontoon boat from the homeowner is a huge bonus! Lake Smith is a beautiful lake but know that it is a good 25-30 min. from a grocery store so come with all of your supplies. The Homeowner was very prompt with responses and everything is well stocked at the house. We wish Lake Smith was closer to Atlanta because it would be a great place to have a second home. ##### Caryn S. My family of 4 visited the 2nd week of June 2022\. Communications from the owner were quick and accurate from my initial planning, all the way through check-out. The home is clean, the property well maintained, and kitchen is fully stocked. For us, the best part was the dock! The kids had a blast jumping from the second deck, and we all enjoyed star gazing at night. We also rented the pontoon and tube for a day from the owner...again, no issues, easy interactions. The house was perfect for our family. However, when we jumped off the dock to swim our first full day, we were unable to get back up on the dock. The dock was giving off an electrical shock. It was a terrifying experience. We were told to use the rock ledge to swim. However, it was slippery and we were not comfortable doing so. We resorted to taking the boat out when we wanted to swim. Would love to revisit this property if an electrician can correct the shock issue on the dock. ##### Cynthia W.
