For tourists and architects alike, this house is a true gem that offers all the amenities for an unforgettable stay. Architectural masterpiece: The finca is an architectural masterpiece that combines the charm of a traditional Mallorcan house with modern luxury. With five spacious double bedrooms, it offers ample space for large families and travel groups. The careful renovation has preserved the original character of the house while adding contemporary amenities. Luxurious features: The heart of the house is the spacious living and dining area, which flows seamlessly into the open luxury kitchen. Here you will find everything you need for culinary adventures. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bathrooms, one of which is outside to maximize the pool experience. A large living room with satellite TV offers a cozy retreat. Refreshing designer pool: The outside area of the house is just as impressive as the inside. A 13 x 3 meter designer pool promises refreshing cooling and endless fun. The high-quality sun loungers invite you to relax and sunbathe. Another outdoor bathroom is extremely practical and comfortable. The owner has another house "Villa Can Caragol de Sineu" in Sineu. The main tenant must be at least 25 years old. The holiday accommodation booked is exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely forbidden to organize loud parties or other activities that violate the law or may disturb the neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events). A security deposit of €500 is payable in cash to the owner upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded by the owner upon departure once the house has been handed over in perfect condition.
