High-speed wifi and Smart TV with streaming services. Located in Southside Corpus close to St Andrews Park and Spohn South Medical Center and just a 15-minute drive to the Padre Island beaches. Come enjoy a memorable Corpus Christi getaway! 2 bedroom condo located on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Secondary bedroom has a queen size bed. Full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Living room with small futon sofa, suitable for sleeping additional guest (suitable for child or smaller guest, linens available upon request) with Smart TV. Full kitchen with all appliances, basic cookware, dishes, and utensils. Dining area with modern table and 4 chairs. Private washer/dryer on balcony. Private garage with room for one small to mid size vehicle. Additional free parking available on the premises. Important Note: 1\. If you have 5 guests, let us know in advance so we can provide extra linens for the futon. Please note that extra linens are only available with advance notice upon request. 2\. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common.
