"Honey, it's time to go. Walks to the beach, saltwater fishing adventures, and family-friendly fun awaits!"  
  
Easy Access: you are mere minutes (5 minutes, to be exact) from Mustang Island beaches, Packery Channel, and Bob Hall Pier. Near HEB grocery store and many dining options. Walking distance to 5 bars/pubs for night life, and 10 min drive to Texas A&M University.  
  
Small, but able: This 848 sq ft, cozy home sports 3 beds in bedrooms, 1 plush sofa bed in the living room, and a shower-tub combo with a large soaking tub. Full laundry facilities, a large backyard, coffee drip/ Keurig combo, seeing the ocean from the driveway... could it get better? Book now, we'll see you at the beach

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy

Host was great. Yard needing cutting, roaches all through the house dead and alive. Front porch light was out. Outside needs attention. Stickers everywhere. Front drive way is dangerous since yard wasn’t cut. Almost fell in ditch. Sorry but we won’t stay there again.
