    4 Bedroom Family House With 2 Bonus Rooms -3 Blocks to the Beach. Sleeps 10 Plus

    Holiday home with kitchen, near Coronado Beach
    The city of Coronado requires a minimum 26 day / 25 night stay. Rental rates can vary based upon the month of stay and the length of stay. Our village home is close to 3,000 square feet all on one level. We are about 3 blocks or a short walk or bike to Coronado's Sunset Park, North Beach and Dog Beach. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood so we do not allow any catered events or parties during your stay. We like to rent to families but no more that 6 adults or a combination of 10 people if it includes adults and children. Our house is on a quiet street in the residential Country Club area of the village of Coronado and we do not want to disturb our neighbors. Some specifics include: - Hardwood Flooring throughout most of the house. New tile in the master bedroom and bathrooms. Carpeting for the rest of the house. New flooring in the 2 other bathrooms. - Two of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. One master bedroom has a king bed. The second master bedroom has a queen bed. - The third bedroom has a queen bed. - The fourth bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top bunk. This room can accommodate 5 children or 3 adults. - There is a bonus room off the kitchen which has a full sofa sleeper. - We have enough beds for 12 plus people but again we really do not want more than 10 people staying in the house. - Our kitchen has a fairly new stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel stove and stainless steel dishwasher. - There is a breakfast nook table with a window seat and a dining room table. - The living room has a brand new sofa and love seat. - The family room has sofa and chairs and a flat screen TV. - New paver stones in the front of the house and patio improvements in the back. - There are bicycles, surfboards, boogie boards and beach toys in the garage that will add some excitement to your stay on Coronado. There is no better place to spend your summer vacation than Coronado. It is a quaint small town with a rich history, wonderful Mediterranean climate, and one of the world’s most popular Pacific Ocean white sand beaches. On the other side of the island where you experience the San Diego Bay with a beautiful view of the San Diego skyline. This uniquely endearing village boasts innumerable picturesque parks, an 18-hole bayside public golf course, and restaurants adjacent to San Diego Bay. All this is coupled with the world famous iconic Hotel Del Coronado, one of the few remaining Victorian beach front hotels in California. There are unlimited opportunities for bicycling around the island to visit an array of restaurants, cafes, stores, and markets. There is also a local theater, a fabulous public library, and numerous churches of every denomination. Activities are available for all ages. We enjoy plenty of tennis with 14 municipal tennis courts. There are boat rentals available at Coronado Yacht Club for sailing or kayaking on the bay, ocean surfing on the beach and paddle suffering on the bay, along with swimming at the beach, as well as, at the local newly constructed community pool. This is truly a pristine neighborhood, incredibly safe with our own Police and Fire Department, and peacefully quiet. In our home, you will be vacationing in a small town with all the benefits of a big city nearby including everything San Diego has to offer just across the bridge. These attractions include the world famous San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, USS Midway, museums and Sea World.

        Perfect for our family!

        We would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing stay on Coronado Island. The home is well-equipped and comfortable and the location is on a quiet street at a walkable distance to the beach. We enjoyed using the three bicycles provided and the beach equipment. (Lucky for us we had friends staying nearby so we could borrow additional bikes and beach chairs ... since three was not sufficient for our group.) The kitchen is well-equipped and we made full use of it since there were six of us and it was just more relaxing to make quick meals at home for most of our stay. Loved the patio and roomy backyard that really enhanced our outdoor experience of the gorgeous Coronado weather. Hope to return!

          Perfect Long Weekend Get Away!

          We have always stayed at Mission Beach and rented, this was our first time visiting Coronado Island and renting from Rob and his family. It was Perfect! Adorable, Fully Stocked home. Sleeping accommodations were great, the neighborhood is close to the beach. Super Quiet and relaxing. Close to everything you would need. We cooked in for Breakfast each morning and 1 dinner, the house has everything you would need for that and is completely stocked. Great Restaurants nearby as well. I highly recommend this Rental. Great communication from owner, beautiful home and weather. :-)
