ONE WASHROOM LOCATED UPSTAIRS: Our house is spacious at 1500 sq ft! We're thrilled to offer fantastic value for large groups. However, it's important to note that we have just one bathroom, located on the second floor. While we've designed our space to accommodate your needs comfortably, please keep in mind that sharing one bathroom can be a consideration for larger groups. NO ACCESS TO BACKYARD: Please note that our property comes with a wonderful indoor space for your enjoyment. However, we'd like to inform you that access to the backyard is not available as it belongs to our next-door neighbors. If you have any questions or need recommendations for nearby outdoor activities, feel free to ask. PARKING: We offer the convenience of dedicated parking right beside our neighbor's house, allowing space for two cars free of charge. In addition, you'll find more free parking options available across the street on the west side HOUSE RULES: ➞ Zero Partying Policy. Any signs or evidence of partying; guests will be asked to leave ➞ Early Check-In or Late Check out May be arranged (30 minutes free.
