Vista Mare Tina is a tranquil maisonette type apartment, located in Barbati Corfu, with stunning sea views, very close to Barbati beach and within walking distance to local amenities. Vista Mare Tina is ideal for a family or party of four persons.
This charming holiday property is set in two levels and houses two air-conditioned double bedrooms.
The access from the main road is via a small private staircase.
The main entrance opens to an open plan space on the ground floor, with a nice lounge, dining area and a well stocked kitchen with side door, opening to a private balcony with further sitting facilities overlooking Barbati Bay .
A second front balcony with spectacular sea views is also available at the front of the lounge.
At the back of this area has been nicely set a family shower room and a double bedroom with private balcony and additional views of the bay.
An interior staircase is landing on the upper level, which features a second double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a front private balcony with stunning sea views.

Relaxing week
Some of the property could do with a bit of love cosmetically. The bathroom vanity unit doors are cracked in both bathrooms, a draw in the kitchen has lost its handle and has slipped off a runner, some of the spot lights in the living room don't work, a couple of the wicker patio chairs are unsafe as the back legs move when you sit down, some of the upholstery could do with a clean, the beds are very hard so could use a decent mattress topper to soften them and the overgrown foliage which obscures the fabulous view from the ground floor balconies could do with a tidy up. That said, the villa is well equipped, spacious and in a great location close to local shops, a great caffe and a good taverna. The shingle beach is only 10 mins walk away and there are a few tavernas/bars on the beach. The Corfu town is about 40 mins drive away but if you don't have a car there are frequent busses which also go to Sidari, Dassia and Ipsos where a larger selection of good tavernas can be found. Overall we had a great week.

Great Place! Water cut off sometimes though
Awesome place and very nice! However the water would cut off multiple times a day, management tried helping when they could but there were nights and hours where we had no water at all. We were unaware this happens until we saw a pamphlet in the property saying it happens.

Good value and plenty of space.
Lovely big apartment 4 balconies!! Has everthing you need. Near all amenities and on the bus route. The beach is only 5mins away but it is a steep walk so not so good if you have walking difficulties, and the roads can be a challenge when walking as drivers don't allow you a lot of space.All in all it is a very lovely place. Well equipped in good location
The villa was well equipped and we found everything we needed. Parking was not always easy as others used the space designed for the villa. Rats frequented the outside spaces we saw them every evening while sitting outside we were very careful not to leave any food crumbs out but we had to clear droppings daily.

L’appartamento è come nelle foto, grazioso e con tutti i confort per trascorrere una vacanza al mare, peccato che al nostro arrivo ci fosse già degli ospiti ad attenderci. Essendo immersa nel verde ci sono topi che si aggirano sulle terrazze e per nostra sfortuna hanno mangiato anche il nostro cibo. L’agenzia ci ha mandato subito una squadra per la derattizzazione ma essendo impossibile vivere in quella casa ci hanno trasferiti in un altro alloggio.
