The only thing to be aware of is that it is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator, so if you have lots of luggage it's not ideal. We contacted the owners and were made to wait 30 minutes after the appointed meeting time. We were met by a cleaner who did not speak English. The entrance to the apartments is poor and dirty. The surrounding area is poor and we would recommend you use Google maps, to judge whether you would wish to stay in this area. The stairs to the apartment are poorly lit, narrow and dirty. The security to the front door is poor: it is not closed and locked. The apartment had a stale smell on entering and did not match the photographs we had seen on the website. The toilet was not working on arrival and we were not happy with the bed linen. There was evidence of the previous occupants leaving food in the cupboards. The area is not good and it is NOT near the Tivoli: it is a 30-40 minute walk or a good bus ride to the entrance. We would not recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to be situated in the centre of Copenhagen. For the above problems we did not stay there and found alternative accommodation but were charged in full by the owners. Contact with the owners is by telephone only. We do not appear to have a remedy to recover this enforced payment. We enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom apartment but found walking up four flights of stairs difficult. We had expected laundry facilities but there were none in the apartment. When we arrived someone was meant to meet us but we needed to get help from the nearby restaurant chef to call for assistance.
