Für das Auto gab es einen eigenen Parkplatz im Innenhof mit Tor. Das war eine Erleichterung, Parkplätze zu finden, ist nicht so einfach gewesen. Spülmaschine, Geschirr etc. alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2\. Stock, sehr zentral in Concarneau. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeit 100m entfernt. Zur Markthalle und Altstadt ca. 200m. Die Wohnung hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen und wir haben sehr viel im Umkreis von 80km erlebt. Zu bemängeln gibt es: kein WLAN, das Bett war recht kurz, die Matratze schon etwas durchgelegen und Nachts bis durchschnittlich 2 Uhr Lärm von feiernden Menschen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super und ein eigener Parkplatz steht auch zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und entspricht den Fotos. Il est idéalement situé, spacieux et bien entretenu. La place de parking est un gros plus pour ce logement situé en plein centre de Concarneau. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal. A côté de tout : la grande Halle alimentaire, commerces de proximité (classique et bio), poissonnerie, libraire/marchand de journaux, pharmacie + les boutiques que l'on aime trouver en vacances. A deux pas aussi, le centre névralgique de la ville : le port avec l'office de tourisme, les départs des bateaux, arrêts des cars, bus (notamment pour toutes les plages) et surtout la Ville Close que l'on peur traverser tranquillement quand on veut et prendre le bac-passage vers l'autre rive. L'appartement reste au calme avec ses arbres devant la chambre et sa terrasse au soleil devant le séjour. Tout y est très bien organisé, parfaitement propre et agréable à vivre. Le logement a une place de parking privée, un plus très appréciable dans le centre de Concarneau où toutes les places pour stationner sont payantes.
