This house is right on Colorado College's doorstep, half a block from the new Robson Arena, across the street from Cornerstone Performing Arts Center, and half a block from the Fine Arts Center. This historic 1889 house was freshly renovated in September 2025 with all new appliances and furniture, and features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, AC, WiFi, front porch seating, and a comfortable living room. With 2 bathrooms equipped with rainfall showers and hair dryers, guests can relax in this tranquil space. All beds have upgraded 12" thick coil+foam hybrid type mattresses, and premium bedding.
