The bedroom placement was confusing and not real safe for a two-year-old but the rest of it was awesome

        Great amenities

Our family enjoyed this lodge and all the amenities. Plenty of space for everyone. The younger kids had a blast in the little pool after long days in the park. It’s about a 35 min drive to the east entrance, FYI. The adults enjoyed warming up in the sauna after stargazing outside - this Sky!!!! We roasted marshmallows over the fire and played in the lookout tower. My teenagers fished in the creek with the provided poles. (Licenses right at the gas station). We had a wonderful stay!!

          Very nice

My whole family was out there over Christmas the house was very clean and the owners were very helpful with all the questions we had. The kids loved the pool and the wild life was amazing while we were there. Loved it.

          5/5 Excellent

            ABOVE EXPECTATIONS!!!

The lodge was actually more impressive in person than it was on the website!!! We were all pleasantly surprised. The lodge met all the needs of 8 fly fishermen from 35 to 72 years old. We found good food at The Yellowstone Valley RV park. The RV park also had a restaurant, hotel and bar. I was only 5 miles toward Cody and saved us the 24 mile drive to Cody. We also found excellent food at the XUX dude ranch which was approximately 10 miles toward Yellowstone Nat'l Park (call for reservations). If you go to the XUX dude ranch ASK FOR SAM to give you a tour and have him talk about the historic guns on the walls. Sam must have been a comedian in an earlier life. Be sure an go to the Buffalo Bill Museum and allow at least 3 -5 hours. Take the free tours. The scenery at the lodge was great. The North Fork of the Shoshone River was about 200 yards from the lodge. Fishing was a 10/10 when we floated with guides from the North Fork Anglers fly shop. No one ever had a guide they didn't like. Of all the rivers in the area all the guides said the North Fork usually fished the best. Our group has been fishing at different sites in the Western states for the last 10 years. So far, this has been the best yet. Jon and Gina Sowerwine were always available by phone if we had any questions. They are very nice people!

Great place for large family get togethers- Jon and Gina are great hosts!!

We stayed at this wonderful lodge for a week. At one time there were 23 of us. Great space for kids of all ages. Our grand kids loved the pool and property. Lots of room to run, play hide and seek and frisbee. Plus my brother made us a fire in the pit every night for s'mores! Great location to Cody and Yellowstone. Jon and Gina are great and happy to help with any questions or problems. We would rent again if we ever made the road trip from Oklahoma. I am already recommending their properties to friends that might go to the area. Fabulous time had by all.
