The view from the apartment was amazing. We loved the open space and the closeness of the city without being directly in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Lack of clear onsite notices regarding legal parking cost me $290 extra plus $20 Uber cost to retrieve my vehicle from tow yard. Frontdesk claims they gave me specific instructions regarding where to park. It's easy to miss fine prints in check-in instructions when using your phone and when your mind is occupied with other important matters when traveling on business. The gate to resident parking lot was opened all the time we got to the apartment complex so we assumed it was okay to park within the gated parking area. It was a nightmare not finding your vehicle upon checking out not to mention the additional cost to get vehicle back from tow yard. Frontdesk staff was clueless when we called them for information regarding tow yard to retrieve our vehicle. Wasted at least 30 minutes with them and they couldn't provide tow yard address and phone number. Unit owner was unsympathetic to our dilemma. I am not the type to bash units I stay in because of fear of karma retribution but here I will lay out stuff we experienced during our stay just to warn every traveller as to thing to be aware of when staying at these types of units. Lots of pet stains and dog poopoo seen in the hallway. AC was loud and rooms were hot because AC can't be adjusted so we didn't have good sleep during our stay. Kitchen cabinet wouldn't stay closed so I have to use a hair tie to keep it shut. Most of all, I was expecting a view of the lake but the unit faces the freaking freeway and parking lot.

Upon check-in, the room was hot and stuffy so I turned on the air conditioning. The fan ran but the air was not cooling. I texted FrontDesk who operates these apartments and was told that they would drop off some fans that night and maintenance would fixed it in the AM. No fans delivered that night, nor the next day, or ever. No maintenance appeared to be done and no air conditioning. No further follow-up communications from them after I texted them the second day. I managed the apartment temperature by opening the window, which is about 50 yards from Highway I-90, so we had to put up with 24/7 traffic noise. Hope the next group who rents this apartment has better luck than we did.
