The area around the hotel was a bit run down & scary to drive through at night, but the hotel itself was very clean and the check-in staff & bellman were extremely friendly & attentive. We arrived late & chose to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. There were just 2 of us & neither spoke much Spanish. We ordered a Cerveza (beer) & a rum & coke. The waitress had to send another waiter over to take our order, which was fine. He took forever to bring our drinks out. Then my boyfriend ordered a hamburger & fries & I order the ceviche. After a very long wait, they brought his meal out & said mine would be out shortly. I told him to go ahead & it his while it was hot. By the time mine came out, he was through eating, & to top it off, my ceviche tasted like they had just made it. The fish had not been properly marinated long enough & I could not eat it. Needless to say, the hotel restaurant food & service was horrible, but our room & interaction with the rest of the hotel staff was excellent!

Fuera del desorden y suciedad propia de realizar trabajos de remodelación (esto se comprende). La limpieza en habitaciones no era la correcta y más para una cadena hotelera de este tipo. La sabanas y fundas de almohadas de una de las camas estaban sucias y manchadas, detalles que no fueron cuidados. También, por debajo de las camas la limpieza no fue realizada en mucho tiempo, se observo polvo y mugre ya de varios días.

Decepcionante, en el cuarto el telefono, no servía, los contactos de luz tampoco, la puerta del armario caída y no se podía abrir, el aire acondicionado o te congelaba o aguantabas el calor Con el pretexto de ser ecológico, no proporcionan popotes, han tratado de "tomar" una leche m|alteada con cuchara?. Porque no usan popotes ecológicos? En fin, fue decepcionante

Cómo recomendación, antes de que lleguen los huéspedes avisarles con anticipación si hay algún detalle en el hotel , me hubiese gustado que con anticipación o atraves de una página anunciarán su falta de servicio en alberca. Por lo menos darles acceso a otra alberca si se cuenta con otra propiedad.

El Hotel esta en reparación o remodelacion y no avisan, hasta que llegue al hotel me comentan que no esta funcionando la pisina, el evelabor no funcionaba, el agua y la luz se van. Creo que en esta ocasión no fue de mis mejores estancias.
