The house has since been upgraded for modern day comfort. The house is surrounded by gardens and all type of trees and flowers. There is a 16.5" x 33" outdoor swimming pool without a guard rail protection and some lazy hammocks hanging from nearby trees. Nearby is an outdoor fireplace beneath an old tree. On the 9 acre gardens, you can also see animal farm such as chickens, roosters, pigs, sheeps, calves with cows and a bull. Beyond this there are another 11 acres of pastures where you can walk. On the premises lives a farm handyman and his family that takes care of everyday works and is always willing to lend a hand. The 4,305 square feet house has a fully equipped kitchen with plates and utensils, two refrigerators, an indoor kitchen fireplace, microwave, gas stoves, etc. The house has 3 bedrooms, each unique, 2 bathrooms, and 5 modern fireplaces for heating and to view the fire glow without the smoke. ## Property amenities ### Beach -
