Stayed during a trip to Harry Potter Studios. Lovely rural area, the pub and restaurant was well presented as was our room. The room could do with updating a little especially the bathroom but it was more then acceptable. The service we received was friendly and helpful. We ate there in the evening and the food was good. All in all very pleased with our stay!

Absolutely loved this hotel ❤️ from the moment we arrived until we left, the staff and service are exceptional as is the hotel and facilities. Couldn’t fault anything at all. Beautiful hotel ...1 of the best breakfasts

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are really great and where do kind to us. Only feedback is that the pool is not really a pool. The spa is stunning but small so feels very busy. Would 100% stay again.

Great size room for a family of 4. Double and 2 singles made the kids happy.

Really kind and welcoming staff, lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Holmes hotel where a lot of thought has clearlt gone into quirky details and Sherlock Holmes themed decor.We particularly appreciated the nice touch of the sherlock holmes books for our two boys.

Nice location, quiet and clean. Surprised to see such a well stocked hotel room, felt like a home away from home. Fine touches, clean layout, good colour combinations in the room. Couldn't fault it. Had the room upgraded and staff were accommodating. Worth the trip

Easy hotel, great value nice rooms

Welcomed by reception team, room clean, comfortable and cosy. Great shower with l’occtane toiletries. Coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc all in room. Parking available on site at extra cost but no spaces so we had to park on nearby road . Great stay overall

My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus. Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. The landmark is a beautiful hotel, amazing property great staff always friendly and accommodating. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Leisure facilities are fantastic. The cocktail bar is lovely and the food in the grand central restaurant was great. I always enjoy staying here when in London really feels like a treat.

Great service. Very clean and classic looking. 5 minute walk from central public transit. A plethora of very good restaurants and shopping within 5 minute walk. Was 7 minutes from the location of the conference I was attending. In this part of London, you cant ask for a better price for the service, quality and location.

Great hotel but very warm, nice shower good location. A little pricey for what you get but would stay again. Was told would get an upgrade but never happened.

The staff and service is exceptionally good. One of the rare hotels in central London to have a swimming pool & proper gym. There is nothing I can say that I didn't like about this hotel. One of the gems of London

Hotel, room, facilities, decor, staff and location were all fantastic for us. The only issue was a bad stink from drains that seemed to come and go in the bathroom and hallway outside the room but would not put me off staying here again.
