"Very clean modern hotel close to Russell Square tube station. I was in a renovated room overlooking Tavistock Park. The king sized bed took up most of the space. Modern tiled bathroom. Very good blackout drapes. No fridge, though. Many restaurants in area. Tesco express across from Russell Square metro. Ten minute walk to Tottenham Court Road and Goodge St. tube. 15£ taxi ride from Kings Cross/ St. Pancras stations."

"room was cleaned daily, however, on one of the days we returned back to the room around 11pm, after being out all day, door had not been shut properly and was left open, black bin bag full of rubbish, not just ours, was left open in the room. outside windows were very dirty and needed cleaning. TV - does not allow you to see what is on the TV, you just have to channel surf, volume is set at 22 for the highest, which is not very high and struggled to hear the TV. Stayed 5 nights, and room was not hoovered or the bathroom floor brushed the whole time. Kettle in the room leaks when filled up"

"Good hotel, a bit of a faf getting a drink when bar shut Twenty four hour shop self checkout But back and fourth for age verification voucher to apply at checkout pod to terminal very convenient Would definitely stay here again"

"There is no powdered coffee or tea bags or sugar and creamer in small sachet to use inside the room. Coffee pot is good at least you will have hot water. There was no ironing board and iron to iron clothes that came out from your suitcase...these are essential items that is suppose to be in the room for regular traveler..."

"Very close by to transits to catch the circle and central lines aswell Paddington train station. Short walk to Kensington park. The room I had was small but cozy for a solo travel. Very nice staff lots of restaurants near by and about a quater mile walk."

"Good location and nice and clean. My room (Cosy Double) was comfortable but very small, so much so that you had to walk into the toilet, then almost step into the shower to close the door. I would stay there again for a one-night stop in London."
