"I came from a tiring vacation and was leaving London, this Hotel was exactly what I needed, it was clean, super comfy bed and blanket and quiet. Staff was helpful, overall a great experience and close to Heathrow, also a bonus. The food in the bar was great as well."

Before my arrival, I wrote an email to the hotel with some request and also pointing the a website error. Wrote to the email pointed in the website. I had no reply.
