To expensive, but had a good stay so enjoyed. Breakfast is very good.
Easy to get to the M1 and the Harry Potter WB studios tour
Location was perfect 5 minutes walk to Watford jn station & 5 minutes walk to shops. Very well run & could not do enough to assist us during our stay. Also WiFi was a big bonus for our two young children & was super fast
Great location. Lots of local bars including one next door. Bedrooms great, kitchen area great, living area a little small. It was too hot and I could not work the heating out. Harry Potter inky 10 minutes away.
Really friendly staff, made our family feel welcome.
The rooms were clean but bed and pillows hard. The breakfast was cold with cold plates, the sasauges were rubbery . It was not value for money and would not reccomend it.
Thousands of tourists flock to Bedfordshire each year in search of tranquil countryside and welcoming country towns, but that's not all the county has to offer. Bedfordshire is also a county of great cultural and historical significance. One of the cultural highlights of Bedfordshire is The Grove Theatre, which lies in the town of Dunstable. Whether you're visiting for a show or attending a corporate event, there are plenty of divine hotels and guesthouses to choose from in the local area.
Since opening its doors to the public back in 2007, The Grove Theatre has served as one of the cultural centres of Bedfordshire. The 780-seat venue regularly plays host to a diverse range of art shows and events, spanning dramatic performances, film screenings and workshops.
With so much space to offer, it makes sense that The Grove Theatre also hires out rooms for private events. While the auditorium itself makes an ideal venue for lectures, conference and amateur theatre events, there are plenty more versatile spaces available for private hire within the complex.
The Grove boasts several roomy foyer spaces, which are ideal for exhibitions. There are also a number of function rooms, which are fully equipped with AV technology, making them ideal for corporate events and seminars. The central location and excellent transport links make the venue perfect for weddings, as well as corporate events.
As it's a relatively small county, visitors to The Grove Theatre can take their pick from pretty much all the guesthouses and hotels in Bedfordshire. Visitors with access to their own car will find travelling between the county's highlights a breeze.
The Highwayman Hotel is a traditional inn in Dunstable that offers its own restaurant and free Wi-Fi throughout. Also in Dunstable is the Holiday Inn Express, which offers affordable rates with state of the art business facilities.
The centre of Luton isn't far away, offering a wide selection of hotels. In addition to a number of well-known hotel brands, there are a number of friendly, independent outfits. For close proximity to the station, you can't beat the Comfort Hotel Luton.
