perfectly located within the town center, about 10 minutes walk is the beach and the center (800 meters). In its surroundings it has all kinds of services such as supermarket, butcher shop, greengrocers, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.
The apartment is very cozy with a fully installed kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, etc. It has 1 bedroom with two beds and built-in wardrobe with ceiling fan and wall heater. Living room with furniture, air conditioning, table with 4 chairs, sofa bed and armchair, 40-inch LED TV with satellite channels and Netflix. bathroom with everything you need shower, sink, bidet, toilet and bathroom furniture.
On the top floor is the roof terrace with wooden house, table with 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers to rest sunbathing, fridge, electric barbecue grill, shower, awning is a great place to enjoy the outdoors.
In the summer months of July-August there is a garage near the apartment.
