"Repeat visit to the Silversmith which has become our standard for stays in Chicago. It is conveniently located near a number of dining options in the loop district, as well as theaters, the Museum of Illusions, the riverwalk, and the Art Institute of Chicago. The room with single king bed was large, and the bathroom several times larger than the one at home. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, not only on check in and check out, but any time we passed through the lobby."

"This was a surprisingly nice property. I did nkt expect it to be so big inside with such a great upper lobby area. The staff was super friendly (except this 1 lady at the front desk-didnt get or pay attention to her name tag, but she seemed to be having bad days on both of my encounters with her) nevertheless, the bar, cleaning, and other front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Ignitio at the bar was really nice! Its n walking distance to numerous places to eat, sightseeing, and if u really feel like strolling, not far from great shopping on Michigan Ave's Magnificent Mile! They conveniently called me a cab for a very early flight and even Uber/Lyft comes fast. The gym could use more equipment but it did what i needed it to do. The breakfast buffet had great choices and the food was actually really good, in addition to the food at the bar. Yes, i would definitely stat here again"

"This hotel is stunning. My stay here was accidental as I had made a mistake booking a short distance away and failed to book my first night at The Holiday Inn. What was disappointing (having to leave and find another hotel) ended up being a delightful discovery. This hotel is elegant, charming, and historic. I thought I had stumbled into a strange Great Gatsby-style dream. Pricing was reasonable and my room was fantastic. I would recommend. "

"The hotel was in a great location and the staff was friendly. I liked the 24hr front desk I felt safe an comfortable. I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely recommend and book again. Although, there was some damge to the wall behind the door and a smug or two of the wall, but nothing crazy. "
