This is a hip, untraditional hotel. Access to the property is by keypad and there’s no onsite help or amenities. Very clean room and very comfortable bed. But room was over a bar and it was LOUD all night long. I mean floor vibrating LOUD .BOOM- BOOM

DONT BOOK the second floor for a weekend date because there will be thumping bass until 2am every night. “We cannot guarantee a noise free night” and “we provide earplugs” are the solution by Sonder. I have always enjoyed my stays in Sonder locations- clean, good value, but this is unacceptable. My fault for not reading the reviews before booking or their small disclaimer that’s on the Sonder website stating it’s next to a club (no it’s right above a club). So please, please potential customers read this- DO NOT BOOK A SECOND FLOOR ROOM BETWEEN THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP BETWEEN 10pm to 2AM. Earplugs do jack when the floor is vibrating lol. What a waste of time.

This sonder location was excellen. Parking was tricky but it was wonderful. Quiet close to Everything and B-E-A-utiful. Enjoyed every minute. Went to the Bulls game decided to reschedule a later checkout and happy it was so easily done. Randall an employee was so kind really enjoyed talking to him. He saw us at the elevator and asked about our stay and helpful.

The property/room itself was great. Easy to access, clean, great amenities. However, there is a nightclub in the same building/next door. The bass was thumping when we checked in at 4:30 and was still going until bar close. Location was perfect for the reason we were traveling but the music was so loud the entire night. It was impossible to get good sleep unfortunately.
