So much to say. The key card was used to turn the electricity on… the key needs to be placed in the holder near the door as soon as one walks in. It is dark at night when we walk in… so I had a moment delay while waiting for the lights to go on. The maid apparently left the bathroom door ajar when she cleaned in the morning and was an inch away from my nose when the light finally went on! Our mugs, spoons, beer, and coffee was not replaced. No drawers. Hair dryer plugged into the desk. When the bellman brought our bags us, we had to huddle in the corner of the room near the beds to give the man room. We were given only 2 bath towels and 2 pillows, 1 small soap. Hot pot had brown liquid in it. No carpet, very cold floor. AC had only 1 temperature - frigid. Repairman said to turn it off and let it rest for 10 minutes before turning it back on. Of course he left and it remained COLD COLD COLD! No clock. Expensive.
